Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 working days via Courier Guy. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on the way.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! For special international requests, feel free to contact us.

Q: Can I collect my order in person?

A: Yes! We offer free local pickup from our Cape Town studio. Select this option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Absolutely! We create custom Blob Cats and Dogs, and also offer pet portraits on plates. Visit our Custom Orders page to learn more and place your request.

Q: Will my ceramic piece look exactly like the photo?

A:Working from photos is tricky as the lighting and angle copuld change appearance of animals from how you see them but we do our best with the photos we receive. They are handmade so variations are part of the authentic feel.

Q: How long do custom orders take?

A: Custom pieces usually take 4 - 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and studio schedule. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Q: I’m a total beginner — can I still attend a workshop?

A: Yes! Our workshops are designed for beginners and open to all levels. No experience needed — just come ready to play and create.

Q: What’s included in the workshop price?

A: All materials, tools, and firing are included — plus a selection of teas and access to our honesty bar during sessions.

Q: How do I book a workshop?

A: Head over to our Workshops page to view upcoming sessions and book your spot. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly.

Q: Can I book a private workshop or event?

A: Definitely! We love hosting birthdays, team events, or special creative evenings. Reach out to us directly to chat about your ideas.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We don’t accept returns unless an item is damaged in transit or there’s a legitimate issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if there’s a problem.

Q: My item arrived broken — what do I do?

A: Oh no! Please take photos of the packaging and damaged item and send them to us. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Are your ceramics pet-safe?

A: Our pieces are decorative, but also food safe so you and your pet can use them for snackies if you wish.
