Order Processing

All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 3 to 5 working days of purchase. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, some items may require extra care and time before shipping.

Shipping Carrier

We use Courier Guy as our trusted delivery partner for all shipments within South Africa. Courier Guy provides reliable and secure parcel delivery services, ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
